Library Lane - the covered walkway connecting Glenmall Place to West Coast Road - is one of the most-used pedestrian routes in our village. Right now, its bare walls and chipped paint do not reflect the energy and character of the community that passes through it every day. We are ready to change that, and we want the ideas to come from the people who know this place best.
